My name is Michael Vostatek and I have been with 2N since2008. I am the Regional Sales Director responsible for an international team of Business Development Managers based in the UK and Germany and Inside Sales Representatives based in Prague. We are mainly selling our IP based Access Control systems for commercial and residential buildings. The new Business Development Manager will work in the United Kingdom alongside the existing Business Development Managers. The BDM should be ideally based in the South part of the UK. We are looking for a professional who has an experience in the development and sales in the residential vertical.

What will you do at our company?

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers (=resellers, S.I.s, A&E, consultants, specifiers)
  • Identify and develop projects suitable for 2N products in United Kingdom
  • Analyze business and market trends and report to HQ in the Czech Republic
  • Drive brand awareness and mind share within/through distributors
  • Report using sales tools as SF
  • Plan marketing activities
  • Attend exhibitions and fairs
  • Maintain the highest levels of ethical and professional standards

What do you need to work at the position?

  • Sales experience of residential solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of Channel Management
  • Experienced in sales within a multi-channel business (integrators & distribution)
  • Credibility
  • The ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Professional behavior and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent sales skills, especially in communication, negotiation and presentation
  • Energetic personality with high degree of motivation
  • Sales driven and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Professional contacts in above mentioned areas
  • Willingness to take adequate business risks
  • Willingness to travel (mainly domestically and partially internationally)
