Making a claim or requesting repair of a 2N product has never been simpler. Please follow the steps below.


If you have purchased your 2N product from one of our Authorized Distributors, and are having a quality issue, please contact our Tech Support Department.  We will work with you to trouble shoot the issue and determine if there is an issue with the 2N product.

Warranty Service

Once trouble shooting is performed by 2N tech Support and an issue is suspected, a ticket and RMA number will be issued and the product will be sent to 2N for physical review. Determination of the cause of the issue will be determined and the appropriate action taken (returned, replaced or repaired).

In order to carry out service
we will need the following information:

  • the type and name of the device
  • the serial number of the product
  • the Distributor purchased through
  • as accurate description of the problem as possible
